From December 2023 to June 2024 pre-conference workshops will be held in person (in Hungary) and online, based on the main conference areas.

You can register for each workshop individually after they are announced.

If you wish to register and purchase your ticket for the 8th International Sociodrama Conference taking place in Budapest on June 26-30, 2024, please click here.

On the registration page, please select the income classification of your country, and then you can proceed to make your purchase. In the webshop, choose your ticket type, and if you require accommodation and meals, add these products to your cart as well.

At the end of the registration process, you can pay with a credit card on the checkout page, and your registration will be completed. After the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email, and an invoice for the paid amount will also be sent to you via email.

ABOUT TICKETS

• The conference offers lower registration fees for delegates from middle and low-income countries (based on the World Bank Classification) and those in education or retirement.
• Student tickets are available for those who are currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
  NOTE: Please remember to bring your student ID or any documentation that verifies your student status for on-site check-in.
• Retiree conference fee eligibility is for those who have fully retired from active practice
• Early bird tickets are available to purchase until the 28th of March 2024.
• If you cannot attend the entire conference, you can also buy one-day tickets to specific days.
• To favor those who can not join the conference in person, each conference day, a given time slot will be dedicated to the online program.
• Main conference tickets include access to the online program as well.

ACCOMODATION AND MEAL

The conference venue (European Youth Centre Budapest) offers accommodation and meals for conference participants.

You can book a room and order breakfast/lunch/dinner when registering for the conference, buying your ticket.

• All rooms are double occupancy. If you prefer to have the room to yourself, the rate is 86 euros per night. If there are two people sharing the room, the rate is 48 euros per person per night.
• If you wish to share a room with someone, you can specify their name on the registration form.
• The self-service restaurant of the venue has a pork-free kitchen. Vegetarian/vegan alternatives are available if requested in advance on the Registration Form
• The conference runs from June 26th to June 30th, but considering flight departures, you can still request dinner and book a room for June 30th.

Please note that if you choose not to stay and eat at the venue, you will have to organize accommodation and food for yourself individually.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation until May 15, 2024, 70% of the paid fees will be refunded. After May 15, 2024, no refunds will be issued.

In case of illness (with medical proof) 70% of the paid fees will be refunded.

Full registration fee refund is granted if the conference is canceled by the Organizing Committee.

This policy applies to participation fees, accommodation, and meal costs as well.

To favor those who can not join the conference in person, each conference day, a given time slot will be dedicated to the online program.
If you’re unable to attend a conference in person, you are able to buy a ticket to only the online program.
