ABSTRACT:

In the workshop, we deal with psychodramatic-sociodramatic methods of group or intragroup conflict situations. At the workshop, participants will experience an interdisciplinary combination of group dynamics, sociodrama, conflict management and mediation in sensitive, multi-stakeholder situations. This is a branch of sociodrama that we use most often in organizational development, with such evidence, and for many, many decades, that we have not really realized that what we have been cultivating for so long is sociodrama (because we have considered it as a type of psychodrama until now). This cultivation trend of SD differs greatly from other types of SD trends (e.g. educational, supportive, etc.), not only in methodology, but also in terms of the requirements placed on the SD leader – such as neutrality, high stress tolerance, or the ability to maintain a very strict framework.
