PARTICIPATION FEE – PRE-CONFERENCE
– ON-SITE AND ONLINE SESSIONS

From November 2023 to June 2024 pre-conference workshops will be held in- person (in Hungary) and online (in cooperation with Tele’Drama International), based on the main conference areas.

The participation fees include attendance at individual pre-conference workshops.

PARTICIPATION FEE – MAIN CONFERENCE – ONSITE SESSIONS
26-30th of June 2024, Budapest

The participation fee includes admission to all sessions of the  conference:

• Conference sessions taking place at European Youth Centre Budapest 
• Sociodrama sessions taking place in the local community
• Online elements of the 5 day conference
• Coffee, tea and biscuits during coffee breaks.

The participation fee does NOT include

• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Accommodation
• Travel Cost
• Any social activities during the conference.

It also does not include admission to the pre-conference sessions.

The conference offers lower registration fees for delegates from middle- and low-income countries (based on the World Bank Classification: https://data.worldbank.org/country), and those in education or retirement.

*Student tickets are available for those who are currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.

PRICES OF ACCOMMODATION AND MEAL

The conference venue (European Youth Centre Budapest) offers accommodation and meals for conference participants.

You can book a room and order breakfast/lunch/dinner when registering for the conference, buying your ticket.

 * Breakfast: This is offered as a self-service buffet.
** Lunch: Buffet lunch with salads and other cold items
*** Dinner: Consists of a starter, a main course, salad buffet, fresh fruit and a non-alcoholic drink or wine.

To favor those who can not join the conference in person, each conference day, a given time slot will be dedicated to the online program.
The online program will be provided by the team of Tele’Drama International.
Main conference tickets include access to the online program as well, however, you can choose to attend the online program only.

The conference offers lower registration fees for delegates from middle and low-income countries (based on the World Bank Classification).

The conference is a self-sustaining event that depends hugely on participation fees.
