The participation fee includes admission to all sessions of the 5 day conference:

• Conference sessions taking place at MagNet House 
• Sociodrama sessions taking place in the local community
• Online elements of the 5 day conference 

Unlimited drinks and snacks will be provided during coffee breaks

The participation fee does not include lunch and dinner, accommodation, travel, or any social activities during the conference. It also does not include admission to the pre-conference sessions.

Please note: the venue where the conference takes place does not offer accommodation. Accommodation is to be sought individually by participants. The conference venue is in the heart of the city, and therefore there are multiple options for hotels or Airbnb’s in the area.

The conference offers lower registration fees for delegates from upper-middle-income countries, lower-middle-income countries and low-income countries (based on the World Bank Classification: https://data.worldbank.org/country), and those in education or retirement. For scholarship options please contact the organisers on the sociodramabudapest@gmail.com email address. 

The conference is a self-sustaining event that depends hugely on participation fees. 

Further donations enable us to offer reduced priced tickets to people in education, retirement, or those who are working with vulnerable groups of people in Hungary. Your support helps us to widen the circle of participants.
