How do leaders of organisations help their staff, the most precious resource of any company, thrive in such a time?
How do leaders present a vision that both encourages and protects?

In this one day workshop we will use sociodrama and creative action methods to identify and craft messages of clarity and purpose, offering stability in the maelstrom.

This is a workshop that is suitable for leaders, managers, learning and development specialists, organisational developers as well as trainers, coaches, psychodramatists & sociodramatists who wish to collapse the silos in their organisation and nurture trust

Valerie Monti Holland – BPA, AC; Irina Stefanescu – BPA, APsiC, EuCF

Valerie Monti Holland, MA, Sociodrama Trainer & Executive Committee Member of the BPA, from the UK
Valerie is a sociodramatist working as a facilitator and coach across all sectors and throughout the world. She also chairs the Equality and Diversity in Action committee and is an External Relations rep for the BPA.

Irina Stefanescu, MSc., member of ARPsiC and BPA.
Practitioner of sociodrama since 2012 and of psychodrama since 2009, as well as an accredited coach since 2005, Irina is a creative learning partner for people and their organisations in Romania and across Europe.
