K\u00e9pz\u00e9s\u00fcnknek k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151en sz\u00e1mos \u00faj csoportot tudtunk l\u00e9trehozni, alkalmazva a szociodr\u00e1ma m\u00f3dszer\u00e9t azokon a ter\u00fcleteken, ahol dolgozunk. K\u00eds\u00e9rletezt\u00fcnk a m\u00f3dszerrel, \u00e9s igyekezt\u00fcnk a t\u00e1rsadalmon bel\u00fcli traum\u00e1kat \u00e9s sebeket kezelni. El\u0151ad\u00e1sunkban szeretn\u00e9nk bemutatni azokat a ter\u00fcleteket, ahol csoportmunk\u00e1t v\u00e9gezt\u00fcnk, \u00e9s felaj\u00e1nlani a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151knek, hogy kiv\u00e1lassz\u00e1k az \u0151ket legink\u00e1bb \u00e9rdekl\u0151 t\u00e9m\u00e1kat. Ezut\u00e1n belezoomolunk ezekbe a ter\u00fcletekbe, szociodramatikusan megjelen\u00edtve ezeket. Prezent\u00e1ci\u00f3nkban arra tesz\u00fcnk k\u00eds\u00e9rletet, hogy ezzel a szeml\u00e9lettel tekints\u00fcnk a pszichodramatikus sz\u00ednen megjelen\u0151 egy\u00e9ni t\u00e9m\u00e1kra, csoportos folyamatokra \u00e9s ennek kapcsol\u00f3d\u00e1s\u00e1ra a szociodr\u00e1m\u00e1hoz.<\/p>\n<p>Feladata-e egy pszichodr\u00e1ma vezet\u0151nek, hogy a diszkriminat\u00edv \u00e9s hatalmi egyenl\u0151tlens\u00e9geken alapul\u00f3 t\u00e1rsadalmi rendszerekkel kapcsolatosan elgondolkoztassa, reflekt\u00e1ltassa a pszichodr\u00e1ma csoport r\u00e9sztvev\u0151it? Van-e l\u00e9tjogosults\u00e1ga a t\u00e1rsadalmi be\u00e1gyazotts\u00e1g megjelen\u00e9s\u00e9nek az egy\u00e9ni t\u00e9m\u00e1k sz\u00ednpadra ker\u00fcl\u00e9se sor\u00e1n, \u00e9s ha igen, milyen m\u00f3don? Mit tanulhat a pszichodr\u00e1ma \u00e9s a szociodr\u00e1ma egym\u00e1st\u00f3l? Mi sz\u00fclethet abb\u00f3l, ha mind az egy\u00e9ni, mind a t\u00e1rsadalmi n\u00e9z\u0151pont megjelenik ugyanabban a j\u00e1t\u00e9kt\u00e9rben?<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9lem\u00e9ny\u00fcnk szerint izgalmas \u00e9s id\u0151szer\u0171 szakmai k\u00e9rd\u00e9sek ezek. A kritikai pszichodr\u00e1ma a pszichodr\u00e1ma ter\u00e9ben megjelen\u0151 folyamatokat nem kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az egy\u00e9n szintj\u00e9n, hanem t\u00e1gabb t\u00e1rsadalmi kontextusba \u00e1gyazva, rendszertudatos megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9sben vizsg\u00e1lja. Alapvet\u00e9se szerint az egy\u00e9ni probl\u00e9m\u00e1k nem puszt\u00e1n a protagonista fej\u00e9ben uralkod\u00f3 elakad\u00e1sok, szerephi\u00e1nyok, \u00f6nkorl\u00e1toz\u00f3 meggy\u0151z\u0151d\u00e9sek manifeszt\u00e1ci\u00f3i, hanem t\u00f6bb szerepl\u0151 \u00e9s t\u00e9nyez\u0151 \u00e1ltal l\u00e9trehozott-fenntartott rendszerek. Ennek k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben k\u00f6nnyen el\u0151fordulhat, hogy a protagonista k\u00eds\u00e9rlete, hogy a sz\u00ednpadon meg\u00e9lt \u00fajfajta \u00e9rzelmi tud\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e1t\u00fcltesse a gyakorlatba, hamar bele\u00fctk\u00f6zik olyan t\u00e1rsadalmi elv\u00e1r\u00e1sokba \u00e9s szerepk\u00e9nyszerekbe, amelyek nem ritk\u00e1n egyenesen ellehetetlen\u00edtik az \u00faj minta tart\u00f3s be\u00e9p\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9t. Mit tehet\u00fcnk pszichodr\u00e1ma vezet\u0151k\u00e9nt?<\/p>\n<p>Prezent\u00e1ci\u00f3nkban sor\u00e1n a fenti k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekre keress\u00fck az elm\u00e9leti \u00e9s m\u00f3dszertani v\u00e1laszokat. Bemutatjuk a kritikai pszichodr\u00e1ma f\u0151bb alapvet\u00e9seit, \u00e9s beavatjuk az \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u0151ket azokba a dilemm\u00e1kba, amelyekkel egy kritikai megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9ssel dolgoz\u00f3 pszichodr\u00e1ma vezet\u0151 tal\u00e1lkozik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Az egy\u00e9ni \u00e9s a t\u00e1rsadalmi k\u00f6lcs\u00f6nhat\u00e1sai a sz\u00ednpadon &#8211; bevezet\u00e9s a kritikai pszichodr\u00e1m\u00e1ba<\/strong> (Workshop)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A kritikai pszichodr\u00e1ma alapjait \u00e9s elm\u00e9leti h\u00e1tter\u00e9t t\u00e1rgyal\u00f3 kerekasztal-besz\u00e9lget\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151en a m\u0171hely a megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s sz\u00e1mos gyakorlati eszk\u00f6z\u00e9t mutatja be \u00e9s t\u00e1rja fel. Az el\u0151ad\u00f3k c\u00e9lja, hogy a pszichodr\u00e1ma eszk\u00f6zt\u00e1r\u00e1t olyan m\u00f3dszerekkel, technik\u00e1kkal \u00e9s elj\u00e1r\u00e1sokkal b\u0151v\u00edts\u00e9k, amelyek az egy\u00e9ni tapasztalatokat \u00e9s az \u0151ket k\u00f6r\u00fclvev\u0151 t\u00e1rsadalmi k\u00f6rnyezetet teljes komplexit\u00e1sukban veszik figyelembe, ez\u00e1ltal \u00faj szempontokat nyitva meg egy adott pszichodr\u00e1ma csoport tagjai el\u0151tt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A workshop sor\u00e1n arra t\u00f6reksz\u00fcnk, hogy ezeket a m\u00f3dszereket \u00e9s technik\u00e1kat bemutassuk a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151knek, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s tekintettel a szociodr\u00e1m\u00e1val val\u00f3 \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00e1sokra. A hangs\u00faly a technik\u00e1k pszichodramatikus kontextusban t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1n van, ami lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a csoporttagok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, hogy \u00faj, rendszer-tudatos \u00e9rtelmez\u00e9seket \u00e9s megk\u00fczd\u00e9si mechanizmusokat alak\u00edtsanak ki, \u00e9s hogy tudatos\u00edtani tudj\u00e1k t\u00e1rsadalmi szerep\u00fck \u00e9s identit\u00e1suk t\u00e1rsadalmi be\u00e1gyazotts\u00e1g\u00e1t. A csoportot a k\u00edv\u00e1natos v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s alapvet\u0151 eszk\u00f6z\u00e9nek tekintj\u00fck. De mi t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik az egyes csoportok k\u00f6z\u00f6tt? Eur\u00f3p\u00e1ban \u00e9s az eg\u00e9sz vil\u00e1gon tapasztaljuk, hogy hatalmas \u00f6ssze\u00fctk\u00f6z\u00e9sek vannak politikai, vall\u00e1si, illetve etnikai alapon csoportok k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Ezen \u00fctk\u00f6z\u00e9sek hat\u00e1sai tsunamikra hasonl\u00edtanak, amelyeket mindenki meg\u00e9rez a saj\u00e1t orsz\u00e1g\u00e1ban, a saj\u00e1t k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9geiben. A workshopon e gondolatmenet nyomvonal\u00e1t k\u00f6vetj\u00fck, hiszen a csoportok valamikor \u00f6sszehoznak benn\u00fcnket, m\u00e1skor azonban \u00e9pphogy sz\u00e9tszak\u00edtanak \u00e9s elv\u00e1lasztanak egym\u00e1st\u00f3l. A workshop sor\u00e1n a r\u00e9szvev\u0151k k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 tal\u00e1lkoz\u00e1sok \u00e9s szerepcser\u00e9k r\u00e9v\u00e9n szereznek tapasztalatokat a folyton v\u00e1ltoz\u00f3 poz\u00edci\u00f3kr\u00f3l, amilyen napjaink val\u00f3s\u00e1ga is. A szociometria eszk\u00f6zeit, a spektrogramot \u00e9s szociogramot haszn\u00e1lva, J.L. Moreno nyomdokaiba l\u00e9p\u00fcnk.
