A szociodr\u00e1ma egy olyan felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1si, m\u0171vel\u00e9si \u00e1ga ez, amit leggyakrabban a szervezetfejleszt\u00e9sben haszn\u00e1lunk, olyan evidenci\u00e1val, \u00e9s sok sok \u00e9vtizede, hogy nem is igaz\u00e1n tudatosult benn\u00fcnk, hogy amit ily r\u00e9g\u00f3ta m\u0171vel\u00fcnk, ez szociodr\u00e1ma (mert a pszichodr\u00e1ma egy fajt\u00e1jak\u00e9nt gondoltunk r\u00e1 eddig). A SD eme m\u0171vel\u00e9si ir\u00e1nyzata nagy m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6zik a m\u00e1s t\u00edpus\u00fa (pl. edukat\u00edv, t\u00e1mogat\u00f3, stb.)
