Szociodr\u00e1ma vezet\u0151k\u00e9nt seg\u00edthet\u00fcnk a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9geknek abban, hogy elk\u00e9pzeljenek \u00e9s elj\u00e1tsszanak egy k\u00f6z\u00f6s j\u00f6v\u0151k\u00e9pet. De mi t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik ezut\u00e1n, amikor az emberek m\u00e1r cselekv\u00e9sre k\u00e9szek, hogy a k\u00f6z\u00f6s j\u00f6v\u0151k\u00e9pet meg is val\u00f3s\u00edts\u00e1k? Van energia \u00e9s van akarat. De mennyire tudnak rendszer szinten gondolkozni? Mennyi figyelem van a t\u00f6bbiek v\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1sra ir\u00e1nyul\u00f3 cselekedeteire? Az emberek gyakran nem l\u00e1tj\u00e1k a f\u00e1t\u00f3l az erd\u0151t. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A szociodr\u00e1ma seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel felt\u00e1rhatjuk, hogy mi t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, ha a v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok p\u00e1rhuzamosan, a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g rendszer\u00e9nek k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 ter\u00fcletein t\u00f6rt\u00e9nnek, \u00e9s hogyan t\u00f6rt\u00e9nhetnek szinergikusan, an\u00e9lk\u00fcl, hogy egym\u00e1ssal versengen\u00e9nek.
