K\u00e9t csoporttal dolgoztunk, az egyikben 14, a m\u00e1sikban 15 \u00e9s 16 \u00e9ves fiatalok voltak.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elm\u00e9leti megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s: A serd\u00fcl\u0151kort olyan fizikai \u00e9s pszichol\u00f3giai v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok \u00f6sszess\u00e9gek\u00e9nt \u00e9rtelmezz\u00fck, amelyek v\u00e1ls\u00e1gokat gener\u00e1lhatnak. Aberastury \u00e9s Knobel (2011) ezt az id\u0151szakot serd\u00fcl\u0151kor normalit\u00e1s szindr\u00f3m\u00e1nak nevezi. Erik Erikson (1998) \u201c\u00f6nazonoss\u00e1g kontra szerepzavar\u201d korszaknak. A j\u00e1t\u00e9k kedvez\u0151 eszk\u00f6z a spontaneit\u00e1s \u00e9s kreativit\u00e1s el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re, \u00e9s a befogad\u00f3 k\u00f6rnyezetet teremt. Yozo (1996) szerint a j\u00e1t\u00e9koss\u00e1g a konfliktusok feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra is felhaszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00f3dszertan: Csoportonk\u00e9nt 15 tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3ra ker\u00fclt sor, az egyik csoportban (14 \u00e9vesek) huszonh\u00e1rom, a m\u00e1sikban (15 \u00e9s 16 \u00e9vesek) huszonnyolc fiatal r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 j\u00e1t\u00e9kokat alkalmaztuk: Szuperh\u0151s vagyok, 10 k\u00f6z\u00f6s dolog, \u00e9rzelmek elj\u00e1tsz\u00e1sa, kih\u00edv\u00e1sj\u00e1t\u00e9kok, ellen\u00e1ll\u00e1s-j\u00e1t\u00e9k, min\u0151s\u00e9g doboz, id\u0151vonal, szerepcsere, c\u00e9lkeres\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A workshop tanul\u00e1si c\u00e9ljai:\u00a0 A megismert fogalmak \u00e9s technik\u00e1k alkalmaz\u00e1sa oszt\u00e1lyokban \u00e9s egy\u00e9b csoportokban, k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gben.
